Vickie's Saigon Bistro restaurant in La Ronge just lost a customer. The meals went from amazing (previous owners) to skimpy (current owners), low flavour, and poor quality. I will not even take a photo of the "spring rolls" (overly greasy, lack of substance, and under-cooked).
